Winter Spinning Sessions - Stanground
A structured Spinning session takes place in Stanground on Thursday nights at 6:30pm. starting from 13th November 2008. These last for about 45 minutes and will involve a range of different sessions.
You will need a towel and water bottle - heart rate and cadence monitors a bonus but not essential.

Spinning has finished now for this winter, but will start again in November 2010 and run through to the end of February 2011.
Road Sessions.
Local cyclists meet at Elton Furze Golf Club 9am Saturday's, Terry Wright Cycles in Market Deeping 9.30am on Sundays, or in Helpston on Saturday mornings, or at Rutland Water on Mountain Bikes on Wednesday mornings!
